Background Shijiazhuang Tongjia Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998.Total land area 24,000m2 .Plant area 15,000m2. It has been a special manufacturer of precision casting in China, supplying a wide range of high-quality precision castings and machined products. It is a member of China Foundry Association.    Employee We currently have 450 employees. Everyone involved in the production process has a say in how things are done here. And all have the skills necessary for the fine detail work TONGJIA is known for.    Capabilities We can produce 2500 tons of precision castings and 2000 tons of machined products per year. If needed, we also offer the parts to print completely, including machining, heat treating, plating, painting.   Technological Process The precision castings are produced with Silicasol lost-wax process (green wax).    Design Assistance We like to be involved with our customer's design engineers as early as possible. Our extensive experience with the precision casting process goes a long way towards developing the best, most efficient parts. We can accept information in the form of IGES, PDF, TIF and DWG files. The files can be transferred by e-mail, modem, floppy disk, CD-ROM or FTP retrieval from the customer's sites.    Quality Assurance At Tongjia, quality control is an active, not passive, function of manufacturing. Quality assurance starts the minute raw materials come in the door and continues through every stage of the manufacture process. We achieve part-to-part consistency, so the last product is the same high quality as the first. We work to ISO 9001:2000, PED97/23/EC and AD-W0 requirements - standards of excellence that are recognized around the world.
